“TUDO MUDA” IS THE NAME OF THE NEW TOUR OF ONE OF THE
MOST RELEVANT FADO SINGERS OF OUS DAYS.
Joana Amendoeira’s new concert is made of change! Anchored in a theme from her new album – ” Pra mudar o rumo à vida”, the concert evolves into many new places in Joana’s voice, without forgetting her fado past.
Therefore, along with the new compositions of the new album, signed by Pedro Jóia, Pedro Amendoeira, Rogério Ferreira, Tiago Torres da Silva, among many others, Joana presents themes that were important in his trajectory, themes that reminds us of great women of fado such as Maria da Fé, Fernanda Maria and Amália.
To Joana, Amália is the model of this great change and is therefore remembered in a traditional Fado theme, in a folkloric theme and in a Neapolitan theme “La tarantela”, which points to the songs of the world that Joana brings, for the first time, to the your personal universe. Among these songs, it is fundamental to remember “Todo cambia”, created by Mercedes Sosa and that Joana interprets not only as a mirror of the great changes that are in themselves but as a trigger for the great changes that the world needs, showing it like never before, a woman of her time, worried about the difficult times the world is going through and giving, through her music, her contribution to a better world.
In this concert of Joana, “Tudo Muda”, except her love of traditional fado, and for this, Joana includes the father of all fados – o fado menor, with a beautiful poem by Hélder Moutinho, along with “Fado Bailado”, “do Lopes” and of the “Três Bairros” adding an enormous depth to the joy that all point to his voice.
It’s true that everything changes … Joana Amendoeira’s smile is not – it’s her Fado!
